The Nantucket Bike Baskets Company sells wholesale to the trade only- we apologize for any inconvenience.  If you would like to purchase an individual bike basket, please use our Find A Retailer search tool.

All orders ship with FREE FREIGHT! (continental US only)

Product Availability:

Most products on our site are in inventory and available now.  Occasionally we will run out of a given item, in which case we will contact you either by email or by phone.  If the product is only temporarily out-of-stock, we will give you the option of putting the item on back-order and ship it out to you as soon as it arrives back in stock.

Return/Exchange Policy:

All items returned within 15 days will be accepted with a 25% restocking fee.

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon shipment from our warehouse.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express,  & Discover. We have a $150 minimum opening order, with a $150 minimum for all reorders.

Shipping Policy:

Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Connecticut, and all of our orders ship with free freight.
